We post Royal Mail Tracked 24 from our Sheffield base. Most of England receives the kit the next working day.

Next or second working day
Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Central Belt typically next working day. Highlands and Islands one extra day.

Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, the South Wales corridor and rural Wales, all on the Royal Mail tracked next-working-day route.

We ship from Sheffield to Belfast and across NI via Royal Mail Tracked.

Coverage FAQ.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet. Republic of Ireland is the first international market we plan to add, currently in the planning stage. The Knock Phone, the SIM and the school comms template are written and certified for UK use first.
Where are you based?
Sheffield, England. The phones are picked, packed and posted from a small warehouse on the edge of the city. Email is read at the same kitchen table by one of the three of us.
What if I am ordering for a child who lives at a different address?
Easy. At checkout, change the shipping address to wherever your child lives. The SIM activates to the shipping address and the phone arrives charged. Add a gift note if you would like to.
Can I collect from Sheffield?
Yes, by arrangement. Email hello@knockphone.co.uk and we will sort a collection time. We don't have a public-facing shop, but happy to meet you at the warehouse.
